Conquer Anxiety

Anxiety can be a very serious problem like depression. It is among the most common kinds of mental illness. People who suffer from it are always in very horrible battle. They know that they have disorder and they avoid going out because their anxiety can attack anytime. They are the people whose self esteem is very low. They tend to give up their jobs or for students they would drop out from school.
For these people to conquer anxiety, they need to get out of their comfort zone. They have to face the panics that they experience. Truth is, panic is only the makings of mind in response with the past experiences. When the mind receives or experiences harmless situations as dangerous situations, the flight or fight sensations are triggered. This is the time when there is an increase in heart beat, chest discomfort, dizziness and pain are felt. These sensations have a very bad effect on body and mind. There are medications for anxiety but they are only there to reduce the level of it. Medications will never cure anxiety. As a matter of fact, medications can harm the body because they can be addictive. In order to conquer anxiety with the help of medications, you need to have self control every time you take drugs. You can also reduce the things that cause your stress. If you are a student and you are with too much of subjects, you can lessen it. Sometimes, when we are trying to please persons in our lives, we tend to put pressure on ourselves. Little do we know that all of the things that we do, say and think can only be up to us.
Anxiety, if not treated when it becomes severe can lead to General Anxiety Disorder or GAD. The anxiety alone is not harmful because it protects us from danger. The natural treatment for it is the method where you train your thoughts to receive and respond to panic in controlled manner. In this way, you will live life more freely. You will also have the chance to take best opportunities in life. Instead of isolating yourself, you will meet new people that might be very helpful to you. Give attention to yourself. If you are in the right mind, you will do things that make you happy. If you are happy, your work and everything that needs your attention will come easy.
